On the night of May 23, when three of our friends were arrested, the police used a lot of torture and violence against them. All three had signs of police assault on their bodies. One of them was beaten so severely that after his first interrogation the prosecutor started investigation about these abuses.
Beginning of August, the prosecutor’s office in Radom have questioned two detainees in the case, but later dropped the challenge. Defense appealed against this decision.
On November 9, at 14:30 in court at Ogrodowa 51a in Warsaw there was the meeting, which considered filed complaint.
